Jordan Brownless joins us from The Insurance Emporium. Jordan’s passion for providing excellent customer service and delivering an outstanding customer experience has seen him rapidly progress within the organisation. Now, as Customer Experience Manager, Jordan promotes a customer-centric approach by all team members and is responsible for managing and developing the Customer Experience Department. This team focus on customer complaints, customer care and optimising the customer journey; ensuring their customers are at the heart of every interaction and process at The Insurance Emporium.
